An Multibeam sonar is an instrument for measuring the seabed. Basically it is in charge through waves, to obtain a mapping of the seabed. Its operation is based on the emission of sound probes in the directions of its capacity, generally this could be described as: Sending fan-shaped probes. It is located under the boat and perform the emission of probes waiting for its return. The calculations are made based on said return and a receiver is in charge of processing the time they arrive to determine the depth of the water. With the current technology with a single sending of signals, the extraction of the information is generated, producing readings of a single sending or a single ping.
