A diver is is pushed upwards by a diving board. She weighs 739 N and accelerates from rest to a speed of 4.60 m/s while moving 0.250 m upward.

(A) Compute the average force exerted on the diver by the diving board.

(B) Find the change in kinetic energy. This is equivalent to the net work done on the diver.
