    In general, the human hearing range is from small sounds like bird song to louder sounds like music, traffic, industries etc.

    Considering the pitch, the normal person can hear the range starts as low as 20 Hz, on the other side the highest possible range of frequency heard without discomfort is 20 KHz (20,000 Hz).

    As far as loudness is concerned, An average person can hear sounds from 0 dB. If the sounds more than 85 dB, can be dangerous to human ears.

    Pitch is measured in Hz (Hertz) and Loudness is measured in dB (decibels).
