Two teams are pulling on a tug-of-war rope. The rope is NOT moving. Is this an example of a balanced force or an unbalanced force?

    an unbalanced force moving everyone in Daniel and Maria's direction

    Both teams are putting in equal force, therefore, it's a balanced force. An unbalanced force would be if the rope was moving.
