Social interaction between teens and adults has been changing ever since the rise of cellphones.

While adults are more comfortable with talking in person, teens use their phones to communicate.

Teens often use their cellphones to have important conversations, such breaking up with their significant other. Adults are more likely to have these kinds of conversations face to face.

Another difference between the way teens and adults communicate is how teens are completely unaware of the world around them.

Adults are constantly saying that teens cannot get their faces out of their cellphones.
