A 10 kilogram mass lifted to a height of 2 meters. what is it's weight?

    Weight = (mass) x (gravity) = (10kg) x (9.8m/s^2) = 98 Newtons. The 2 meters doesn't matter. You don't gain or lose weight when you weigh yourself upstairs.
