What is the reasonable estimate of the average kinetic energy of an athlete during a 100m race that takes 10s?

    Given info is

    Distance = 100m and Time=10s

    Velocity=100/10=10m/s

    Kinetic energy = 1/2mv^2

    Rough estimate of mass of athlete=80kg

    Ek = 1/2x80x10^2 = 4000J
