    The answer is C. It is through an exercise that one controls their weight and avoids obesity-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Exercises ost body’s energy by enabling more oxygen and nutrients to reach the tissues and brain. Exercises improve sleep too.

    The answer is the amount of sleep. This influences your physical health the greatest. Since all people need at least 8 hours of sleep. If you are always weary rather than wanting to exercise you'll just want to sleep. Or you won't have the vigor to exercise so you don't.
