    Given:

    Initial velocity = 0 m/s

    Final velocity = 560 m/s

    time = 7 seconds

    Acceleration = [ (final velocity - initial velocity) ] / time

    Acceleration = (560 m/s - 0 m/s) / 7 seconds

    Acceleration = 560 m/s / 7 seconds

    Acceleration = 80 m/s²

    The rockets' acceleration is 80 m/s² going upwards.
