    Potential energy is the energy possessed by the body at rest. It is calculated by mgh where m is the mass of the body, g is the gravitational acceleration and h is the height. Taking g as 9.8 m/s²

    98 J = 1 * 9.8 * h

    h = 10 Meters

    Therefore; the model airplane's height will be 10 meters
