Large in money basically just means dollars. Just means 25 dollars. "He paid me 25 large." Or even 2500 large. It's reffering to an amount of money. It's a colloquial way to express earnings. 25 thousand. If you were to bet it could be like I bet 25 large on this, and he bets 29 large on that.
