What effects do tsunamis have on the geosphere? i really need this answer

They cause habitat destruction, cause floods, change landscapes, and produce deadly rip currents at sea. They cause mass destruction to any type of civilization that they hit.

Ex: Cities in Japan living by the sea shore were completely destroyed and many people died from the flashfloods caused by the tsunamis.
