Did the period of the pendulum swing depend on the mass of the bob? On the length of the string? On the displacement? How does your data relate to the pendulum equation? You need not include your data tables and graphs, but you should explain your answer based on the information in your data tables and graphs.

The equation for the period of the oscillation of a pendulum: T=2π √l/g

T stands for the period if the oscillation

l stands for the length of the pendulum

g stands for acceleration due to gravity (9.81 m/s^2)

you can see that changing the displacement or the mass if the bob doesn't have any effect at all on the outcome of the equation. If you change the length tho, you can see that the fraction under the root becomes bigger, therefore making the root as a whole a bigger number, what results in a bigger period of the oscillation
