    We are given with 4.2 joules or energy and the raise of temperature is 1 degree celsius per 1 ml. Hence, the specific heat of 4.2 / ml degrees. This is consistent with the second conditions. The amount of energy needed to raise the temperature by 1 degree for 200 ml coffee is 4.2 J * 200 or 840 Joules.
