Solve for which variable?
if it's for x,
1/3x = 3z - 2y
x = 9z - 6y
if it's for y,
2y = 3z - 1/3x
y = 3/2z - 1/6x
if it's for z,
3z = 1/3x + 2y
z = x + 2/3y
