An egg is dropped from a height of 12 m. The egg is in free fall the entire time it falls. What will the speed of the egg be when it lands after falling for 1.6 seconds?

A. 7.5 m/s

B. 16 m/s

C. 19 m/s

    V=u+at

    u = initial speed = 0

    so v = at = 10 * 1.6 = 16 m/s
