Explain how fossil fuel use in the US makes us vulnerable to the demands of foreign countries.

Foreign countries have more access to fossil fuels than America because of the land they live in, and America's excessive use of fossil fuel might make them vulnerable enough to do anything the foreign country might ask them too. It could lead to awful tradeoffs, because of desperation.
