The change in the geosphere could affect the biosphere because Geo the root word of geosphere means "relating to earth" so geosphere means that it is the part of the atmosphere that makes up the earth or the rocks and minerals that are in the earth. Bio the root word of Biosphere means relating to life. So the Biosphere is the part of the atmosphere that has to do with the life on the earth. One example of the biosphere and the geosphere working together would be plants. Plants get water from the hydrosphere and they draw nutrients from the soil the Biosphere. If a change in the geosphere would to occur it could be for the good or the bad. If it was bad then plants wouldn't be able to gather the nutrients that they need from the soil. If it was good then more plants or animals like earthworms or ants would be able to live in the soil and thrive and get all the nutrients that they need. Overall A change in the geosphere could be for the better or the worse for the living things in the earth.
