    E = 70 kg (2 kcal / kg / hour * 5/60 hr + 9 kcal / kg / hour * 20/60 hr + 8 kcal / kg / hour * 20/60 hr + 2.5 kcal / kg / hour * 5/60 hr) = 422.92 kcal
