Does the color of water affect its evaporation?

Well, are we talking about food coloring?

it could, different colored objects absorb different amounts of heat. a black t shirt absorbs more heat than a white one. Although the food coloring could have chemicals that make it evaporate slower. It doesn't necessarily mean the color has anything to do with it.
