The type of electromagnetic wave that belongs to the electromagnetic spectrum can also be classified by measuring its wavelength. The electromagnetic wave that has the highest wavelength, but the lowest energy would be the radio waves and the one that has the lowest wavelength, but has the highest energy would be the gamma rays.
