    The circumference of a circle is "C = 2 лr" (I couldn't find the symbol for pi". The radius is half the diameter. The diameter is 11cm, so the radius is 5.5. Now plug in the numbers into the formula. C = 2*3.14*5.5. The circumference is B. 34.54
