Start a small rewards system for yourself. When you've reached a reasonable goal, have a dessert you really like, or put a coin in a jar for each successful study session. Save it for something new you enjoy. Have a nice, clean study area that feels fresh and clean. It's easier to study when you don't have stuff around you or distractions. Give yourself a pep talk about how important it could be for your future. Have healthy, energy-giving snacks. Fresh grapes and cheese are good! If you try to maintain a do-able schedule, then you'll get used to the process and so will those around you. Keep positive! Look forward to better grades.
