Some pros: Your experience is richer, you can be more reflective about your cultures (because you know that there is another way of doing it, for example more than one religion), you develop a lot of skills navigating among your cultures, such as mediation and respect.
Some cons: possible identity problems, and the perception of not being fully accepted in either of the two cultures.
