    The correct answer is Corporations and unions may seek to persuade voters in elections.

    The supreme court decided that unions and corporations have the right to try and persuade the people to vote for someone as long as all financing is publicly disclosed and everything is legal regarding sponsorship. The Supreme Court stated that this was their first amendment right.
