During the famous March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom during August 28, 1963, there was an official program accommodating speakers of significant presence and that would affect the course of history and would pave the way to the way we know the world as of today. These people are as follows: the march director A. Philip Randolph, Dr. Eugene Carson Blake, Daisy Bates, John Lewis, Walter Reuther, James Farmer, Rabbi Uri Miller, Whitney M. Young Jr., Mathew Ahmann, Roy Wilkins, Rabbi Joachim Prinz, and The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A total of 12. Though there were some speakers that didn't get to speak in front, they were still part of the moment of history.
