Here are the three qualities required in different relationships:

1) Admiration - You may ask: how can this possibly improve my relationship with my enemy? Simple, admire the person and understand where the person is coming from and there will be less tolerance between you. Admiration will teach both parties what kind of person they are dealing with.

2) Respect - This is something you do not ask but you can definitely give without having to wait for any cue. As the golden rule teaches us: "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12.

3) Trust - Trusting others doesn't only make them like you more because if you practice this, you will worry less and in the process, you will get less stress.
