    The above statement is False. As mentioned in the statement, In the early stages of a person's physical, emotional, intellectual, or social development, leisure does not play a vital role. In the later part of life, if there is need of development, then also leisure should be ignored. Hence nor in the early stage neither in the later stage, leisure is crucial.
