Based on the member of an assembly in regards to parliamentary sense, the person within it has the right to do the following;

- The person has the right to speak, such as debates that are associated or link towards them

- The person has the right to make motions

- The person has the right to vote

After the presentation of motions were made, they continue the process to vote whether the passing of the bill shall be continued or stop.
