What happens if you bring foreign media to china?

I have spent a lot of time in China since I am chinese, but now I live in US. Foreign news from the US is changed to make China sound more powerful. They dont allow foreign apps like facebook, instagram, twitter etc. because they have their own. Mark Zuckerberg (facebook creator) is wanting Facebook to be available in China, but the chinese government want 99% of facebooks earning. It is a communist goverment so they want everything their way and to show the chinese citizens that they are the best and most powerful country.
