Was anything positive accomplished by shays rebellion why or why not

I'd say yes because it made people realize that they needed to have a stronger central government so they can take down rebellions. Following Shays rebellion was the constitutional convention which was where they discarded the articles of confederation because they then realized that it was too bad, and made the Constitution.
