How to decide if it is time to end a relationship?

Well, I was just recently going through this and actually just broke up with my ex. I think you would know when it's getting awkward, maybe you never talk anymore or you like other people. Maybe also when you just aren't feeling it anymore. sometimes you may think ur in love or something but it can turn around just as fast.
