Anna is wrong - she is not entitled to the entire estate just because the remaining heirs have passed away. Bill and Caroline's children will also inherit a part of the estate, although a smaller amount, given that they are younger generation than Anna. So, Anna herself will receive a third of the inheritance, Bill's two children will split a third, and Caroline's two children will also split a third.
