The reason why Victor became sickly and weak is not because he has malnutrition for he does not have it. He does not need to rest and recover because he does not push himself, and also, victor wasn't weak and unhealthy character at first. The real reason was c, he suffered this fate because of his act of playing God, in return, he has obtain the punishment of becoming sick for his attempt of pretending he is God.
