The answer to this question is that you should perform an abdominal thrust as part of first aide to the kid. A sign of cyanotic is shown when a perdon became bluish or purple in color of the skin because of low oxygen level circulating in the body. In this case, an abdominal thrust should be done to check if the child is choking / suffocating due to the small toy that the kid is playing.
