"Is" is a statement of existence, claiming that a phenomena exists and describing its qualities as a static existential phenomena. "Do" is a declaration of action or choice. "Do" implies the possibility that entries have a choice about the actions that the do, and that the action is separate from the entity, which may be an epistemological fallacy of the greatest sort even though it is the basis of a lot of languages.
