Katie goes to her first college party and is surprised to see a beer in everyone's hand. as she takes the beer that is offered to her, she is troubled by the thought of drinking because she is underage, but she experiences pluralistic ignorance while looking around the room at all her underage dormmates who are also holding beers. this is problematic because
