Through the idea that workers need to ban together to demand rights.

Samuel Gompers saw the power in the collective voice of the oppressed worker. Employers were taking advantage of desperate workers in order to profit. Gompers understood and leveraged the revolutionary power of angry, poor workers.

The workers needed a voice to demand sustainable living and working conditions and by banning together they had that voice.

    By definition, a Marxist is a person in which it embodies the ideals and principles of Karl Marx. In addition, the theory emphasises that the social situation must be changed in order to meet the political and economic conditions of a state. Furthermore, it analyses the social conflict of material interests.
