    it is written as a fragment rather than a full infinitive phrase.

    This make the phrase sound confusing because the readers would not understand the initial benefit of hearing the speech.

    The phrase would much better if it transformed into full infinitive phrase such as:

    "Improving your sleeping habits to accelerate your career"
