I believe the answer is: be seen as a woman and not like a 3-year-old.

In her interview, Ellen stohl admitted that she often tired of the 'pity' or 'charitable gesture' that constantly displayed by people around her simply because of her condition. She believed that posing as a playboy model is a great way for her to be seen as normal women rather than object of pity.
