    I would say B. If you think about it, Morality & Religion, Declaration of rights and the taking up of arms all influence your rights. The Gettysburg Adress was a speech given by Abraham Lincon during the Civil War. The pursuit of happiness is a fundemental right. Therefore, The Gettysburg adress wouldn't be a direct influence to the pursuit of happiness concept.
