    The answer for this question is: Conditioning.

    These behaviorists argue that because humans have a tremendous ability to adapt, our behavior will somehow influence by the things that we do over and over again (conditioning).

    This means that our behavior could be changed as long as we're willing to fight our way out of our comfort zones and forms a new conditioning pattern
