Logical inconsistency involves saying or believing two or more statements that cannot all be true

That statement is true.

For example, many people believed that "you can't judge a whole population based on the bad deed conducted by some" and "all the people who have different principles than me are bad people".

These two beliefs is an example of logical inconsistency because their first belief is nullifying their second belief.
