No, I don't think she has - if she was sued ever, then I believe that there would be news everywhere because she is a famous person. The only time she was sued was by CBS about her salary, but that has nothing to do with her wrong decisions, of which there were certainly many. It is very difficult to sue such an important person, so even if it happened, it would probably just be covered up.
