Dr. Ben Carson has some impressive career accomplishments from his time when he was a doctor since he was the first person to manage to separate conjoined twins connected at the head, as well as being the first neurosurgeon to operate on a fetus inside the womb. He has more than 60 honorary doctorates for his achievements. As part of his leadership techniques, he is a conservative republican and has always appealed to the sense of traditional values. He is also religious so he appeals to this too.

Neurosurgeon and current US secretary of Housing and Urban development has had an illustrious career. Some of his career accomplishments include performing the only successful separation of conjoined twins, who were joined at the back of the head. By the age of 33, he became the youngest chief of pediatric neurosurgery in the US. In 2008, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Some of his leadership techniques include self analysis (he says that he is never afraid to admit when he's wrong), to harness everyone's inherent gifts and focus all of it into accomplishing goals.
