    The viability of a differentiation strategy is severely undermined when the focus of competition shift to price rather than value-creating features.

    In a price based-competition, Customers will always choose the lowest type of product no matter what the quality of the product is. So if we use differentiation tactics in this kind of matter, it will bring little or no difference to our sales projecction
