    The best method would to control your diet and exercise regularly.

    Reducing calories intake is more effective than relying on caloric burnt through exercise because exercises tend to burnt less calories than what we get from food. But, Exercise will make your blood regulate your bloodflow and release dophamine which would be really good for stress management.
