American in world war 2 what is your reaction to such a drastic deprivation of civil rights to one ethnic group in time of war

Is it likely that many would support the encampment of Japanese Americans. Keep in mind tensions and emotions were high after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, and people are to think less critically and more emotionally. We saw this after 9/11 to justify war with Iraq and Guantanamo bay.
