In what circumstances does the superior court have concurrent jurisdiction with juvenile court system

    it would be when the child is alleged to have committed an act which caused a loss of life, imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole, or confinement for life.

    In this case, the magnitude of the crime would be considered to be the same as adult and the case would most likely conducted on a higher level than the usual juvenile court system.
