Should the United States have taken a more active role before Pearl Harbor

    Well basically we weren't in war officially until Pearl Harbor was attacked. But we were still pretty active. We were escorting convoys in the Atlantic, sending war supplies to England under the Lend Lease Act. We also tried to cut off the supplies of war materials to Japan.
